Purpose of the virtual session is to understand the care experience they should anticipate, get estimates of the costs and determine if the care team is right for you. Reimbursement: We work with patients and the clinic in India to prepare required documentation to submit a claim for reimbursement from insurance provider, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Savings Account (FSA) and/ or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Note: The determination of your treatment claim reimbursement eligibility and amount is decided by the insurance provider and/ or benefits provider. The remainder of the fees for treatment or diagnostics are due at the facility/ practice and can be paid via cash, Paytm, or credit card. Any additional services provided by non-clinical partner service providers (e.g. Uber for transport, independent diagnostic center, fees for release of information for medical history from your US provider) are collected via our online shopping experience. Claim reimbursement assistance in US package There are no fees charged unless your claim is reimbursed partially or completely. Based on the complexity of the claim and the reimbursement amount, we charge a sliding scale between 5% and 15% of total reimbursement amount. During the qualification process, we share our assessment of the complexity and the % of total reimbursement amount we feel is fair to charge for our services.
